Plaintiff Target Corporation (“Target”) has requested a forty-five dayextension of the period within which it may serve a summons and complaint on the Defendant in this action. For good cause shown, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m), the Court hereby GRANTS Target’s request. The Court extends the period within which Target may serve a summons and complaint on the Defendant in this action by forty-five (45) days (Mar. 23, 2007), which shall be calculated from the date of this Order.
